I kind of got suckered in to driving down there, as I was told they had the exact car I wanted, and no other dealer in town did. Turned out that car was a special order for someone, so I was a little upset about that. I was very specific in the car I wanted. Vaughn asked me if I was interested in a few other cars they had on site, and I wasn't or they weren't in my price range. He didn't try to push them on me, which was nice. He did happen to have the sedan version of the car I wanted, and honestly he wasn't trying to push this version on me at all. He said we can test drive this one, and if it feels right we can place the order for the hatchback version in a different color. I ended up really liking the sedan so we started the paperwork.
My credit score is pretty rough given the stupid things I did when I turned 18, but I was able to get approved for a lease. Which is great, because I'll be able to spend the next 3 years building my credit up to actually purchase next time! My payments ended up falling pretty much in line with what I figured, and I was able to leave with a brand new 2016 Mazda 3 with a manual transmission. Thank you Jeff and Vaughn for a great experience. As of right now, I feel like I left there very knowledgeable about the leasing process, and what is covered and not covered when leasing a car. I love my new ride, and I appreciate you not being typical sales men trying to sell me shit I don't want/need!
The guys and girls at this site are amazing and provide exemplary customer service! I found one of their cars by an online and decided to drive a little over an hour to check it out. Once I got there, I was immediately greeted by Alejandro. He got the keys to the car and we took it for a drive. On the ride, I gave him some insight about my "improving" credit and that I would be using tax return money as a down payment. He said no problem. We got back to the dealership, I gave the car another look over and we went inside to begin the paperwork. He was very thorough and made sure that I stayed within my budget. Alejandro was amazing, he was not pushy and really helped me get what I was asking for. The first interest rate and payment I got was way out of my budget. Jeff, the manager sat down with me and went over the numbers. They were offering me a very low trade in price (which i understand they have to make money). After a little back and forth, they almost doubled the amount they were giving me for the trade and the numbers now fit my budget! I am now the owner of a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour! At the very start my wife Rachel and I were met with a friendly smile and upbeat attitude by Travis thier sales rep. He helped us pick out a Mazda CX-3 Touring Trim. The vehicle was everything we wanted and more. We were a bit afriad of not being able to afford it even with a pre-approval. Travis didn't pressure us into anything so that made for a great expierience. The finance gentlman even took the time to come out and say "I know your not being cheap, so were gunna make this deal happen" and thanked me for my service. The entire team was there after closing (5pm) to wait for my deal to be signed at (7pm). The gentalman handling our paperwork was nice and was well organzied and efficient at explaining eveything to us. I would give them a 10/5 if I could.
