Amazing service and love my new car!!! Ordered a hitch and cargo protector, Vicky the due bill manager went out of her way to get those items installed. Mike the service manager also personally went out of his way to make the experience flawless and convenient. Would highly recommend Mazda El Cajon, hard to find people who care.
I want to take the time out to thank Mr. Abe and his staff members Timothy Amposta for working with me and being sympathetic and open minded to my situation. I always had used cars and these fine gentleman were able to place in a brand new car!! They are such a blessing and a group honest people. And very hardworking and willing to help anyone. I've needed a new car for a while and yesterday I found the perfect Certified Pre-owned Mazda 3 on their website. I reached out to Jon Fuller and he arranged for me to come in to test drive it and I fell even more in love. I talked to their Used Car Manager Mike too and he assured me this would be a good car for someone like me. Jon was so fun to work with and he made the whole process sooo much easier for me than I thought it would be and we were in finance in no time! I worked with Travis in finance and he did an AMAZING job explaining everything to me so I knew exactly what I was getting.If you're looking for a new car I definitely recommend asking for Jon Fuller as your salesperson!!

I can't even believe I'm proclaiming this: I just had the best car-buying experience ever. I would rather go to the dentist a hundred times and get a root canal each time than buy a car. The entire process is so frustrating, long, and stressful--until I bought my car here. They worked out a deal so that I got the car I wanted at a price that I wanted. We had been to another dealer prior to coming here, so I was already dreading another round of BSing. Tyler (I think that was our salesperson) sat down with us, got our info, and after learning that we were only there to discuss price, quickly got the sales manager, Justin. Justin got a price for us, and we gave him the price we wanted. I thought we were going to have to do the whole back and forth thing, but to my surprise, we had a deal!The finance process with Travis was quick too. Overall, we were at the dealership a total of 2.5 hours-- making it the shortest car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you Mazda El Cajon!
After years of working hard, the time had come to treat myself to a new vehicle and the process at Mazda El Cajon was a surprisingly FUN experience. Johnny Luttrell is a consummate gentleman and took his time showing me different models and letting me test drive each of them. No stress, no rush, no "high pressure salesman" talk. Johnny made it clear he is an ordinary guy who clearly enjoys his work and his desire to get to know me, my needs and desires as a consumer was effortlessly communicated to me, which I appreciated as a small business owner. I was about to move forward with purchasing one model, but I felt something just wasn't "clicking" with me. Johnny took the time to show me several other models, and after several hours, I found a model that I felt was a perfect fit for me. I was excited and happy I had taken my time and was not rushed in arriving to the right decision. Moving onto finances, his manager (Jason I believe) was equally professional and clearly explained the financial aspect of finalizing the deal. He was very forthcoming and did not conceal any hidden costs that later came back to bite me. Naturally, buying a vehicle can be as exhausting a process as it is a fun one because you need to find the right fit. Furthermore, like all vendors, the sales team at Mazda will attempt to sell you additional perks and warranties, but here they did not do with a nasty pressure. I accepted some, turned down others, and they did not use exhaustion, hunger, or any other circumstances to their advantage to try to "squeeze" additional money out of me involuntarily (considering I spent nearly all day there). James Atigua from sales did not pressure us either to accept other perks, but rather fairly negotiated and met our requests in a professional manner. To close it out, Alex Moreau took his time to show us how the vehicle functions and made sure we left content. Weeks after, I had a simple question, and upon calling his cell number, he immediately answered, remembered who I was and took his time to answer (rather than being dismissive as the sale had been completed). Buying this vehicle was very important for me, not from a materialistic standpoint, but because the time had come to change cars and I needed something that would last me long term, and also, something I would feel comfortable in. I highly recommend the professional and knowledgable team at Mazda in El Cajon and thank them for their patience. Again, buying a car was a fun, peaceful, and productive experience.
